I had an amazing time with breathtaking views over the lake and incredibly comfortable electric blankets to cozy up with at night! That said, the restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast, which was a letdown.

stunning lake views, onsite restaurant, helpful staff
The facilities needed a serious overhaul!!! Worn carpets, outdated furniture, and a noisy bathroom heater made for a less than pleasant stay. Observing issues like creaky stairs and obstructed views added to a dreary experience!!!

Stunning lake views from my room made the experience unforgettable. Unfortunately, the carpets needed maintenance throughout the hotel. The recreational activities like cycling and billiards were a plus.

Oh man, the grilled cheese was a game changer, so gooey and delicious! And let's not forget the breathtaking views of Lake Hawea—pure magic! Plus, the beds were super comfy, allowing for a restful sleep after all the culinary exploration.
The room is a bit small, and the walls are thin, which made for some noise disturbances from the common areas.

great views but noise from outside
The lake view from the balcony was stunning, perfect for both relaxation and star gazing at night. Comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The restaurant served delicious meals with exceptional customer service, which we genuinely appreciated.
However, ongoing road work outside the hotel created some noise which detracted from the overall experience.

We enjoyed amazing views and delicious meals. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxation and the recreational facilities were a hit! Close to ski spots and biking trails. Highly recommend it for a fun group getaway.
One downside was the expensive continental breakfast, which didn't quite live up to our expectations. Better options would have been nice.

The room offered a stunning view of the lake, and the spacious veranda was perfect for enjoying the scenery with a cup of coffee. While the staff were enthusiastic and friendly, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with stains on the carpet and an overall dated appearance. Additionally, the breakfast buffet presented some challenges, with a lack of variety and cleanliness issues observed. The dining area boasted a beautiful view, but it wasn't enough to compensate for these shortcomings.
